Easy & Spicy Happy Potato Fry
Hello homies. Today I am back with another tasty and simple recipe. HAPPY POTATO FRY.. This is a special dish you would want to make in your bad days and especially when you are in a bad mood. It takes very less number of ingredients which are easily available in the kitchen and fridge. You can eat this with sambar rice, chapathi and even curd rice. INGREDIENTS Potatoes - 4 medium sized Green chillies - 2 Garlic pods - 4 Cumin & mustard seeds - 1tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Salt - As per taste Curry leaves Oil - 4 tbsp CAUTION : Chop and soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes to remove starch.
